We spotted the winner of America's Next Top Model (season 3) in St Mark's Place recently. I think that's the 3rd contestant from that show I've seen now. She was very pretty and friendly. Nick was excited and wanted to be in the picture too, and when she walked off he discreetly whispered "Who was that?".
