Where's the snow??

Every day the weather man says it's going to snow any day now, and every morning I look out the window only to be disappointed. This was the view from our window last Saturday - quite promising. And the tree outside our building. But since then, nothing.

If it's going to be this cold (less than 0 degrees celsius) then I want snow!
