6 days to go!

Not long til we leave! We had our farewell party on the weekend, which was great fun, but why is there always a freak or a dickhead at every party? The next morning we discovered someone had plucked 18 petals off a plastic blossom flower thing we had on the table, and burned them in the nearby candle (the very same candle you can see in the photo, under David's arm) - several people had reported a chemical smell that night but I thought it was a mouse trapped behind the oven, or inside one of the spinach and cheese pastries.

So if you're reading this you freak, why did you burn our decorations??? Other notable damage was a footprint on the wall (why???) and chewing gum on the floor, oh and wine all over our couch and carpet but we'll live.

Now I'm just hoping our twin colds go away before the flight. Wah wah wah.
